Great location, close to the beach and a pleasant walk to Ponta da Piedade. Quiet surroundings with shops just a 4-minute drive away. the host provided a video with check-in instructions, making the process very easy. the host is attentive and tries to address feedback from previous guests.
Felt truly spoiled, no complaints at all.

The rooms at Villa Francesa Guest House are amazing! They have everything you need for a comfy stay. The bed linen and towels are fresh and cozy. The private bathroom is a big plus, and there's even a wardrobe to keep your clothes organized. With a TV in every room, you can relax and watch your favorite shows. And the best part is the balcony in each room, giving you a nice outdoor space to enjoy.
Honestly, I loved everything about the rooms. But if I had to pick something, I would say that the seating area could be a bit cozier.

The bed was next level comfy, the room and kitchen were spacious, and the garden was perfect for meals. The host even sent us a video with check-in instructions, making it a breeze. The location was fantastic for exploring on foot, and it's great that the host takes previous feedback into account. The property itself was a bit tricky to find, but once inside, the room was clean and it was convenient to have the kitchen and dining area. Parking was easy, and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. Though we didn't use it, the shared kitchen seemed well-equipped.

The location of this place is mind-blowing! It's just a short walk to the stunning beaches and the lively city center. The restaurants nearby are absolutely fantastic, and there's even a supermarket close by for convenience. The room I stayed in was spacious and impeccably clean. The shared kitchen had everything I needed, from an electric kettle to cookware and utensils. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. Plus, being able to access the beach right from the property was a jaw-dropping bonus. this place exceeded my expectations in every way!

The food for breakfast could have been better.
